Yaltech Consulting Fees For Ongoing Projects

Yaltech service fees are calculated on consultant hours, which are per consultant on a given job. Other projects with unique circumstances (such as multiple or non CBD location) may be subject to individual quotation.

Additionally new or special requirement projects (such as server2003, 2008. SQL, remote access etc.) would be subject to separate quotation.

Standard Maintenance Charges

 $120.00 per consultant hour
 Call out fees of $99 – local locations only
 Minimum charge of 2 consultant hours per a visit.

Phone, mobile and remote logging in charges

 $45.00 per 15 Minute call.
 A minimum charge - 15 Minutes.
 Call and remote logging in charges will be based on the $45.00 per 15 minute charge.

Emergency Charges (Drop everything and fix it charges)

 $200.00 per consultant hour
 Call out fees of $150.00– local locations only
 Minimum charge of 2 consultant hours per a visit.

Trading Terms

All accounts will fall due within 7 days of invoice.

*Company policy is that no new work or support services will commence or be carried out for clients with outstanding accounts.
